Our Client is a large privately owned UAE based acute healthcare organisation with a focus on providing quality healthcare services to its clients. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Nursing operates as part of the senior management team with primary responsibility for the general day to day management of care delivery within the hospital.

The Director of Nursing has responsibility for ensuring the delivery of consistently high quality nursing care as defined by the patients, Board, Administration and Medical Staff and is responsible for the recruitment and retention of nursing personnel. The DNS is responsible for the formulation and execution of a continuous program of clinical education for all nursing personnel. As well as key areas of responsibility which include care delivery to all patients, customer services, leading and developing staff, rostering, clinical project management, financial and budgetary management, quality assurance, accreditation, liaising with families, managing resident representatives and allied health professionals, and meeting and maintaining legislative and regulatory requirements of professional standards of care and reporting.
