A key component of the Urban Executive search process is the appointment of the consulting team for each assignment. The primary responsibility for each assignment lies with the nominated agreed team leader, including research and candidate development, interviews, report writing, references, education verification, compensation negotiation, and follow-up.

Each assignment is also supported by the balance of the Urban Executive team. Key Assignment Managers take full ownership responsibility for the project, managing all participants in the project, including Urban Executive staff, candidates as well as client contacts.

This comprehensive approach ensures a coordinated effort, availability of alternative contacts, and guarantees all participants’ efforts remain timely and professional.  Several processes and tools are used to capture, track, plan, audit and respond to the information and activities covering the entire assignment.

For all assignments, an advanced project management methodology is used to plan, manage and track tasks, progress and individuals.  A Full Status Reports is provided, including:-
